One idea - various materials.

SUBSTANCE has been created exclusively for the exhibition at the IMM Cologne 2004. SUBSTANCE presents a bowl featuring a variety of materials. As all bowls are identical in form and function, it is the properties specific to the materials that distinguish their individuality. The appearance, feel, weight or heat conductivity of the applied materials come unadulterated to the fore and develop their full effect.

What remains is substance.
