In the confrontation of working with semi-finished and self-made biopolymers the students could probe the range of possibilities as well as the limitations of forming and processing the material. The focus is not on achieving the perfect product, but on remaining undaunted in their approach. It is all about investigating the potential for realizing a design. They will not seek to execute established processes, but to implement thier own ideas.

The 4-day-workshop was hold at the Institute for Material Design at the University of applied Sciences and Arts, Lucerne.
