Superstudio

The lighting requirements expected from a lamp are as diverse as its placement and the user of the lamp. Depending on the situation direct lighting, indirect lighting or a combination of both has to be provided. Together with Roland Schneider we have developed an innovative reflector for the SUPERSTUDIO floor lamp which caters to these requirements in a simple yet ingenious way. SUPERSTUDIO is capable of seamlessly mixing direct and indirect lighting. The mechanically adjustable reflector directs the light in relation to its relative position to the fixed lighting element. Due to this constructive principle SUPERSTUDIO is easily adjustable to accommodate the wishes of the user - efficient, flexible, elegant. The design of SUPERSTUDIO translates the technical aspects and the adjustability in a distinctively consequent stylistic vocabulary. The sheer range of adjustments and the variability of the lamp combined with the available bulb strengths make it ideal for lighting homes and offices alike.
